We do not collect financial information directly; payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., and we never see your full card number.

We use the information you provide to (a) send you the SMS messages you have explicitly opted in to receive, (b) respond to your inquiries, (c) deliver the services you have purchased, and (d) comply with applicable law. We do not use your information for any purpose you have not consented to.
3. SMS Messages and Mobile Information
Texas Growth Solutions LLC offers two separate SMS subscription options. Each consent is collected separately on our SMS sign-up form, and you must affirmatively check the relevant consent box to receive that type of message.
Customer Care and Informational SMS
If you check the customer care and informational SMS consent box on our sign-up form, we will send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages include appointment reminders, service updates, missed-call follow-ups, and responses to inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
Marketing and Promotional SMS
If you check the marketing and promotional SMS consent box on our sign-up form, we will send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages include promotional offers and service-related marketing updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile data we collect — including phone numbers, SMS message content, opt-in records, and SMS-consent metadata — are excluded from third-party sharing for marketing purposes. We also do not sell mobile information.
4. Information Sharing
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the business and deliver services you have purchased (for example, Twilio for SMS message delivery, Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers for the website). These providers process information only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
