By using Texas Growth Solutions services or the texasgrowthsolutions.com website, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Texas Growth Solutions provides business phone systems, text-back automation, Google review systems, website design and hosting, and Google Business Profile optimization for local businesses. All services are set up, configured, and maintained by Angel Melendez.

Pricing and Payment

Setup fees are due before work begins. Recurring services are billed every 4 weeks from the date services go live. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and most major credit cards. A 5-day grace period applies before service is paused for non-payment.

All prices are subject to a 30-day notice before changes take effect.

Month-to-Month Agreement

All services are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. Either party may cancel at any time with written notice via text or email. No cancellation fees apply. Services remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number to Texas Growth Solutions, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry or our services. This may include appointment reminders, follow-up messages, service updates, and occasional promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide access to accounts needed for setup within 48 hours of request
• Make payments on time according to the billing schedule
• Use the services lawfully and not send spam, harassment, or illegal content

Limitations

We are not responsible for events outside our control, including:

• Google ranking changes
• Phone carrier delays or A2P 10DLC approval timelines
• Third-party service outages
• Changes to Google Business Profile policies

Intellectual Property

Any website, automation, or content built for you remains accessible to you during your active subscription. If you cancel, you may request a copy of your content. Systems built on third-party platforms (like GoHighLevel) remain tied to those platforms per their terms.

Age Restriction

By using our services and by providing your phone number to receive SMS messages from Texas Growth Solutions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other mobile network operators) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages. Texas Growth Solutions is not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or interruptions caused by mobile carriers, technical issues, or third-party providers. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier capabilities and network availability.

Limitation of Liability

Texas Growth Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 4 weeks preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the current version.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
