These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Texas Growth Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company located at 416 Boyd Ln, Waco TX 76706. By submitting our contact form, our SMS sign-up form, contacting us, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Texas Growth Solutions LLC provides business automation services to small businesses, including but not limited to: website design and hosting, automated response systems, missed-call text-back systems, Google Business Profile optimization, Google review automation, and SMS communications under the SMS program described below. Specific deliverables and pricing for each engagement are described in a separate scope-of-work or service agreement.

Two separate SMS consents
The Texas Growth Solutions LLC SMS Program offers two separate SMS consent options. Each is collected separately on our sign-up form and you must affirmatively check the relevant box to receive that type of message.
- Customer care and informational SMS messages — appointment reminders, service updates, missed-call follow-ups, and responses to inquiries.
- Marketing and promotional SMS messages — promotional offers and service-related marketing updates.
You may opt in to one, both, or neither. The consent boxes on the sign-up form are optional and unchecked by default. SMS opt-in is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the consent options you select. We do not guarantee any minimum or maximum number of messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
STOP (unsubscribe)
You may reply STOP at any time to any text we send to unsubscribe from all Texas Growth Solutions LLC SMS messages. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending you further SMS messages.

You may reply HELP to any text we send for assistance, or contact us directly at (254) 405-7190 or angelmcontact.tx@gmail.com.
Re-joining the program
If you have replied STOP and later wish to re-join the SMS program, you can do so by returning to our SMS sign-up form at https://texasgrowthsolutions.com/sms-signup and re-submitting the form with the relevant consent box checked.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the Texas Growth Solutions LLC SMS Program. By checking a consent box, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your wireless carrier's network and coverage and we cannot guarantee that any particular message will be delivered.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your mobile information.
3. Payment and Billing
Fees for services are described in your service agreement or invoice. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Recurring subscription fees automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, photos, and access credentials necessary to deliver the services they have purchased. Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content they provide for use on their behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, and code we create for a client during a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment, except for any underlying templates, libraries, or tools that remain the property of Texas Growth Solutions LLC.
6. Disclaimers
We provide our services "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, lead volume, or revenue figures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Growth Solutions LLC's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Texas Growth Solutions LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
